Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades prorate the price difference for the remaining days. Data packs remain valid until used up and never expire. The figures shown are data allowances, not device limits or connection speeds.

Monthly Subscriptions and Data Packs

Choose a billing type first, then compare the relevant data allowance. Pricing cards are for comparison; select a plan and confirm your order in the user panel.

A monthly subscription may suit you if you need cross-border access every month. The reset date is tied to your activation date, not the start of the calendar month. Check your actual usage in the panel before deciding whether you need a larger allowance.

Light Use

Monthly Subscription · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

For browsing, research, and text-based AI tools. If you don’t access the service often or download much, start by checking how much data this plan uses. Image uploads, file sync, and video streaming also use data, so page visits alone won’t tell the whole story.

  • Unlimited devices · No-logs policy
  • 60-day refund policy

Everyday Use

Monthly Subscription · 250GB

¥18 / month

For everyday cross-border work, image-based AI tools, and streaming. This plan offers more data than the light-use tier, but background sync and usage across devices still count toward the allowance. Choose routes based on the service region you need and connection performance; a larger allowance does not guarantee faster speeds.

  • 250GB · Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices · No-logs policy
  • 60-day refund policy

Higher Data Needs

Monthly Subscription · 500GB

¥28 / month

For frequent file transfers, video streaming, or use across multiple devices. A larger allowance can support heavier usage, but it isn’t unlimited data and doesn’t guarantee a particular video quality or app availability. Check your actual usage and when you access the service to see whether this tier suits your needs.

Routes and Supported Clients

110+ countries / 170+ routes. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Choose a region, then select an IEPL dedicated route, relay route, or direct route. Check the panel for current options. Coverage figures describe the available selection range; not every region is suitable for every app.

Unlimited Devices and Account Policy

Use as many devices at once as you need. CPUVPN follows a no-logs policy. Multiple devices still share the plan’s total data allowance; keep your password and subscription details secure. Unlimited devices does not mean you can distribute your account publicly. See the terms of service for usage boundaries.

AI Tools and Streaming

Choose routes based on the target service’s regional requirements. AI tool sign-ins, image uploads, and streaming are also affected by platform accounts, licensing regions, and local network conditions. A plan’s data allowance does not guarantee access to any specific platform. Test the apps you need before committing to regular use.

User Panel and Support Tickets

Check orders, subscriptions, and support tickets in the user panel. For connection or billing issues, include your device platform, route type, and a description of the problem to help with troubleshooting. Don’t post subscription details publicly. This page makes no commitments about response times or service levels beyond the stated facts.

Sign in to download clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. For iOS, available download options depend on your active plan status in the panel. Get subscription details after signing in through the panel; public installation links aren’t used.

Monthly subscriptions reset each month on the activation date; data packs remain valid until used up and never expire. Don’t mix up these rules when estimating your remaining data.

Before choosing, list what you actually access: mostly text and research, or frequent image transfers and video streaming? Do you use the service regularly over time, or mainly for a specific project? Then check whether files are syncing across devices at the same time. Different types of content can use different amounts of data, even over the same amount of time. We don’t convert data allowances into fixed hours of viewing.

If you already have a monthly subscription, check your current allowance, activation date, and remaining usage plans in the panel first. Mid-cycle upgrades prorate the price difference for the remaining days, so read the adjusted order details rather than calculating a full month’s difference yourself. Check the order rules shown in the panel for how different billing types appear on your account; don’t assume they stack or replace one another automatically.

Payment Methods and Order Confirmation

AlipayWeChat PayUSDT

Open the user panel, choose a plan, and check the order name, price, data allowance, and billing type. For a monthly subscription, confirm the reset rules; for a data pack, confirm the total allowance and that it remains valid until used up. Plan buttons open the panel; no payment is taken on this page. To change your selection, return to the plan list and review it before continuing to checkout.

Follow the checkout instructions for the payment method shown. For USDT, use the receiving details, network, and amount displayed on the current checkout page. Don’t reuse details from an old order or copy payment addresses from articles or public pages. After paying, return to the panel to check the order status and plan listed on your account.

If your payment record shows completion but the panel hasn’t updated, save the relevant order details and check the payment record before trying again. Then open a support ticket and describe the issue, including the order information needed to verify it. Don’t share your account password or full subscription details. Check the order in the panel and follow up through your ticket for payment confirmation.

60-Day, No-Questions-Asked Refunds

CPUVPN offers a 60-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. Before choosing a plan, read the refund policy and terms of service to understand the full scope. Refund terms and data allowances are separate: the refund period isn’t the plan’s validity period, and data packs never expiring doesn’t extend the refund window indefinitely.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and explain that you’d like a refund, including the relevant order and details of your situation. A no-questions-asked refund doesn’t require you to present a network issue as proof of a fault. If you also need help troubleshooting, describe the device platform, region, and route type separately so the technical question can be handled apart from the order request.

After submitting your request, use the ticket to confirm any details needed for review and check the outcome. This page makes no additional commitments about processing times, extra compensation, or offers beyond the stated facts. See the refund policy for full terms. For questions about an order’s status, ask for a review based on the panel record.

Billing and Refund FAQs

How much do CPUVPN plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB and never expire. Compare billing and data allowances first: monthly subscriptions and data packs use different data rules.
How many devices can I use with one plan?
There’s no device limit. Use the clients on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Multiple devices share the plan’s data allowance, so unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Before sharing, make sure you know how account and subscription details will be kept secure.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 60 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, and request a refund with the relevant order details. Review the refund policy first to check eligibility and the full terms. Follow up on the review and outcome through your ticket.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Select a plan in the user panel, check the order total and billing method, then follow the checkout instructions. After paying, return to the panel to check the order status. If it hasn’t updated, verify the payment record before submitting anything again.
When does monthly subscription data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Don’t estimate the reset date from the start of the calendar month. Before upgrading, check your current plan, order details, and the adjusted result in the panel.
Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?
Data packs remain valid until used up and never expire. They aren’t billed by time or replenished monthly; usage draws down the remaining balance. Data packs may suit occasional access, while monthly subscriptions are worth comparing if you use the service regularly.
